Article 17: Procedure for return - exchange, refund or setpoint

You can conforméent Article L 121-16 of the French Consumer Code to return at your own expense the product within 14 business days of receipt for an exchange or refund. However, you must follow our returns procedure set out below:

    - Contact DESMO RACING-mail to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before return of the product. (NAR number is listed on your return package; without this number, your parcel will be systematically refused).
    - Prepare a return package with inside parts in their original sealed packaging and in perfect condition. (The original packaging of each piece must be preserved and be free of any label or marking).
    - Send your return package to the following address only:

     FULLSIX CARBON FRANCE
     No return: R + order number
     1928 Chemin du Coussous
     13130 ​​BERRE l'étang (FRANCE)

Be careful, you have 14 days from receipt of the package to return it. After this period, any request will be refused without good reason.
